Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how to stop Continuity renewals and how cancellation or refund requests are handled for personalized coaching.

Effective 30 August 2026

Continuity subscriptions

You can cancel Continuity at any time before your next billing date by emailing tvangeest@stackandtilt.com. Include the email address used for the purchase.

Cancellation stops the next and later renewals. It does not normally refund the current billing period, and coaching access continues until the end of that paid period. If a renewal is charged after a cancellation request was received before the billing date, contact TVG Golf so the charge can be corrected.

One-off personalized coaching

You may request cancellation and a refund before work on your personalized lesson has begun. A request is not rejected merely because the service is personalized.

If you ask for work to begin during a statutory withdrawal period and then cancel after work has started, any refund may be reduced by a reasonable amount reflecting the work already completed, where applicable law permits. Once a personalized service has been fully performed after the legally required request and acknowledgement, a statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.

Problems with a service

If a purchased service is not delivered, is materially different from its description or is not performed with reasonable care and skill, contact TVG Golf. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the remedy may be repeat performance, correction, a price reduction or a full or partial refund.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Email tvangeest@stackandtilt.com with your name, purchase email, service and reason for the request. Requests will be reviewed promptly and refunds that are due will be returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. In particular, any statutory withdrawal, conformity or refund rights continue to apply.
