Who is responsible for your data
TVG Golf is operated by Timo van Geest in Spain. Timo van Geest is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information collected
- Contact details, including your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
- Purchase and subscription information. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by TVG Golf.
- Coaching information, including handicap, goals, practice habits, physical limitations you choose to disclose, swing or game videos, messages and feedback.
- Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, pages visited and analytics events.
- Information you provide through contact, waiting-list and coaching-intake forms.
How and why information is used
- To process purchases, create your coaching account and provide the service you requested.
- To communicate about lessons, subscriptions, support and service administration.
- To respond to enquiries and manage waiting-list requests.
- To meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
- To understand website performance and improve the service.
The applicable legal bases may include performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and consent where required.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by trusted providers needed to operate the service, including Base44 for website and application infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for website measurement and OnForm for coaching delivery and communication. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy safeguards.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide ongoing coaching, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

Children and changes to this policy
The website and online purchasing flow are not directed to children purchasing independently. A parent or legal guardian should arrange coaching for a minor.
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
