By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
Coaching services
Baseline is a one-off personalized online coaching service. Continuity is an ongoing coaching subscription. The current description, inclusions, price and billing interval shown at checkout form part of your order.
Coaching depends on the quality and completeness of the information and recordings you submit. You remain responsible for your practice choices, playing decisions and physical safety. Coaching is educational and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation advice.
Orders, payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. After purchase, you must complete the intake and provide the requested materials. Any stated delivery period begins once the information and usable recordings needed to perform the service have been received.
If TVG Golf cannot accept or provide an order, you will be notified and any amount paid for the unprovided service will be refunded.
Subscriptions
Continuity renews automatically at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout until cancelled. You authorize the recurring charge when subscribing. You may cancel before the next billing date; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already-paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Your materials and intellectual property
You retain ownership of videos and other materials you submit. You grant TVG Golf permission to use them privately as needed to analyse your game and provide coaching. They will not be used publicly for marketing or education without separate permission.
The website, coaching explanations, lesson videos, practice structures and other TVG Golf materials are protected by intellectual-property law. They are licensed to you for personal use and may not be copied, resold, published or distributed without written permission.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care and skill will be used in providing coaching. Specific performance improvements cannot be guaranteed because results depend on factors including practice, physical capacity, equipment and playing conditions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to applicable law, TVG Golf is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. If a problem arises, contact TVG Golf first so it can be addressed. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court available to them under applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future orders. The version in effect when you purchase will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
